When do you deliver?
We deliver between 1 - 3 business days after placing your order (pls do not include the day the order was placed). We deliver between Mondays to Saturdays. No deliveries are made on Sunday.


Why can't you give a specific delivery date?

All our orders are made fresh and the delivery date depends on stock availability. Our production takes three days and if an order is placed during production, we will have to wait for production to be completed before making the order. 

What areas do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver orders across Lagos daily.

What are your delivery fees?
Charges per delivery are as follows;

  • Ikoyi - ₦1000

  • Victoria Island/Lagos Island - ₦1500

  • Lekki 1st & 2nd roundabout - ₦1800

  • Lekki 3rd Roundabout to Chevron - ₦2200

  • Igbo Efon to Chevron - ₦2600

  • Ikota, VGC to Ajah Axis - ₦3000

  • LBS/Sangotedo - ₦3500

  • Awoyaya - ₦4100

  • Yaba/Surulere/Gbagada - ₦1600

  • Anthony / Illupeju - ₦2000

  • Apapa/Ikeja - ₦2400

  • Ajao Estate - ₦2600

  • Amuwo Odofin - ₦3700

  • Ikorodu - ₦4000

  • Abule Egba - ₦4000

  • Mainland - Other locations not listed - ₦2700

What happens if I'm not around?
We’ll send a mail on the day of your delivery, someone will need to be at your contact address to receive your order. Remember that your order must stay cold and refrigerated at all times (do not freeze!).


If at the time of delivery, we are unable to reach you (number provided unreachable, no-one available to receive,, we will have no choice but to return the order to our warehouse and reschedule another delivery, the cost of the additional delivery will be borne by you.

How do I change my address?
If you need to change your delivery address please do so as soon as possible by responding to your order confirmation email or reaching out to us on Instagram. 

How do I cancel my order?
Once placed you have 2 hours to cancel it, you can cancel by responding to your order confirmation email. Orders cannot be canceled beyond the 2-hour ordering timeframe. Due to the perishable nature of our products refunds are not granted.

My order is nowhere in sight. What should I do?
Normally, you should receive yours on your scheduled delivery day. If there is a problem please get in contact right away

Pick Up

Self/driver/rider PICK UP

How soon after placing an order can I pick up?
You can pick up 2 days after placing your order. Your order takes a minimum of 30 hours to make so there's no immediate pick up option. An email will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup


CAN i select a specific date to pick up?

Yes. You can select any date as long as it's 2 days after your order is placed. You'll see a calendar option during checkout that enables you to pick the exact date and time that works for you 

Where is the pick up location?
Our pick up location is in Ikoyi. The exact address will be emailed to you after placing your order. 


What pick up details do i need?

The individual coming to pick up (self/driver/rider) must have the order number to ensure the right package is handed to them.
