DELIVERIES & Pick Up
When do you deliver?
We do not offer same day deliveries. We deliver between 1 - 3 business days after placing your order (pls do not include the day the order was placed). We deliver between Mondays to Saturdays. No deliveries are made on Sunday.
Why can't you give a specific delivery date?
Our yogurt is crafted in small, artisanal batches to ensure the perfect strain and texture. This natural fermentation process takes exactly 3 days and cannot be rushed. Your delivery date is determined by the batch cycle your order falls into, ensuring you receive the freshest possible jar

We currently only deliver orders across Lagos daily.

What happens if I'm not around?
We will email you on the morning of your delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as our riders run on tight schedules and can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes at each location. Deliveries are made between 2 & 8 PM. We cannot schedule specific time slots, as routes are optimized daily based on traffic.

Estate Access: Please handle any gate passes or entry fees directly with your security team to ensure the rider can reach you smoothly.

Missed Delivery: If we cannot reach you or the rider is turned away, the order will be returned to our cold storage. A re-delivery fee will apply to send it out again.

Product Care: Once handed over, please pop your jars in the fridge immediately to keep them perfect!
How do I change my address?
If you need to change your delivery address, please do so as soon as possible by responding to your order confirmation email. Same-day address changes may attract a re-routing fee.
How do I cancel my order?
Once placed, you have 2 hours to cancel it by responding to your order confirmation email. Orders cannot be canceled beyond this timeframe as they enter our production queue. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are not granted after production begins.

My order is nowhere in sight. What should I do?
Normally, you should receive yours on your scheduled delivery day. If there is a problem please get in contact right away
Self/driver/rider PICK UP
How soon after placing an order can I pick up?
You can pick up 2 days after placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it is ready for collection. To ensure your order is packed and ready the moment you arrive, please call us 1 hour prior to your arrival or do allow a 10-15mins wait at the pick up location for order readiness.

Can i select a specific date to pick up?
Yes. You can select any date as long as it's 2 days after your order is placed. You'll see a calendar option during checkout that enables you to pick the exact date and time that works for you

Where is the pick up location?
Our pick up location is in Ikoyi. The exact address will be emailed to you after placing your order.
What pick up details do i need?
The individual coming to pick up (self/driver/rider) must have the order number to ensure the right package is handed to them.
