Yogurt Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup White & Brie plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

PREPARATION

  1. Mash garlic to a paste with salt using a mortar and pestle (or mince and mash with a heavy knife). Stir together garlic paste, yogurt, and lemon juice.

Cooks' note: Sauce may be made 1 day ahead and chilled, covered.
